The Ardonagh Group Announces New Issuance of Debt

Further to its announcement on 11 October 2017 stating the intention to acquire Carole Nash using a combination of new debt and existing liquidity, the Group confirms that it intends to issue to investors £55 million in aggregate principal amount of its 8.325% Senior Secured Notes due 2023. The Group expects to retain the notes proceeds in escrow pending the completion of the acquisition following regulatory approval.
